Frankincense Serrata CO2 leaves a very complete scent. It has a green and woody aroma that is so pleasant it is great all on its own. Perfumes often include it because the scent is so appealing.  This oil is used in many forms of therapy as it is prized for it’s meditative and mind clearing abilities.

These properties make it ideal for use during yoga and meditation.  I use this recipe as a room spray, as well as a linen mist applied directly to my non-slip yoga towel.  It helps me to relax and gather my thoughts; no better way to start your day!

To use in your diffuser, use 3 drops Frankincense Serrata CO2, 2 drops Cardamom, 2 drops Lavender Fine.
