Is using all coconut carrier oil ok?
Yes, you can substitute Fractionated Coconut Oil in this recipe.
I overworked my muscles hardcore today, would this be ok with hazelnut oil instead of avocado and sunflower? I only have Hazelnut, evening primrose, cucumber seed oil, and rose hip oil, maybe some EVOO? I would love to try and make this and use tomorrow night. I have a feeling I’ll be hurting tomorrow night too. 🙁 I’ll look at the other blog posts for muscle pain, I’m desperate. I don’t want to take any pain relievers.
Hi Rachel, you can make the bath bombs with the carrier oil of choice. 🙂
We will be making these for Christmas gifts.
Would this be septic safe?
Lauren, that is not something that we would have information about. To be save, I would contact someone with more knowledge about septic systems.
Going to try this! Just got some himalayan salt and this will be a great way to use it!
How long would you say it takes for them to completely dry?
When I make bath bombs, I let them dry overnight 🙂
Since I do not have a scale, can you help me translate this into amounts instead of ounces?
is this recipe safe for kids? 20 drops of lavender oil?
Nancy, this recipe is safe for Kids. It will make 6-8 bath bombs depending on the size of the mold you are using, so each will have approximately 2-3 drops of Lavender.
So is it the same recipe for whatever scent you want?
Yes absolutely, you can switch out the essential oils for those that you prefer.
Great! Thank you so VERY much! Im very glad to be making the switch over to plant therapy!
I really treasure your piece of function, Fantastic post.
