  • I very conveniently bought Tension Relief on a whim for monthly hormonal migraines I get. However, I was so thankful I had it on hand because that very weekend I woke up with a hangover, which I never get! I rolled this on my temples and the back of my neck. I also diffused a ton of peppermint. It was all I could think to do. It didn’t cure me but I think it did help ground me.

  • Indulged in too much merriment myself last evening to wake up this am feeling….very unmerry lol. Pounding & I mean pounding head, nausea & shaky. This happened even despite forcing down 2 glasses of water before bed which normally prevents this. This worked for me & just wanted to share in case it may help another …a few drops of Peppermint essential oil on a hot washcloth over my face. Held over face & Inhaled until cloth cooled, reheated under hot water & repeated several times. Rubbed washcloth on back of neck too. Pounding stopped was able to eat a few saltines, I’m good as new.

  • It’s official, essential oils can help with literally everything! I’m extra glad now that I added coffee to my collection 🙂
