Creates a Calming Environment

Diffusing this into the air at the end of the day can be the perfect addition to your bedtime routine. After all, this essential oil is the key ingredient in our KidSafe blend, Calming the Child, which works perfectly for kiddos before getting a good night’s rest. It creates a tranquil atmosphere that can help mellow the mind and body.

Once the kids are off to bed, use this blend to relax before bedtime. Dilute 3 drops of this uplifting citrus essential oil in 2 teaspoons of your favorite lotion or carrier oil and use after a bath or shower to soothe your nerves after a trying day. To create a heavenly bath blend, add 1 drop of Mandarin, 1 drop of Australian Sandalwood, and 3 drops of Bergamot Mint to a tablespoon of bubble bath. To top it off, you can also add a cup of Epsom salt to further help ease tension knots and pains, caused by stress and feelings of anxiousness.

Promotes Healthy Skin and Digestive System

You really can’t go wrong by adding this sweet, citrusy essential oil into your beauty routine. If you have issues with acne, scars, wrinkles, or dull skin, Mandarin Essential Oil can help support glowing, healthy skin. Not only does this help maintain healthy skin, it also helps promote a healthy digestive system. Most notably, you can use Mandarin Essential Oil to help improve the aroma of a stale room. Simply diffuse it into the air by placing a few drops into your diffuser to take in its refreshing benefits.

Finally, there are plenty of other essential oils to blend with Mandarin to enhance the aroma or your living space. Essential oils like Cypress, Frankincense Carterii, Geranium Egyptian, Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Neroli, Nutmeg, Sweet Orange, Western US Peppermint, Petitgrain, Rose Absolute, Vanilla CO2, and Ylang Ylang Complete all are incredible oils that blend perfectly with this intense, sweet aroma.
