When a busy day can frazzle our mind and body, a few minutes of meditation can be a welcome relief to the ins and outs of life. Today, we’ve got the DIY for you!

Why turn to meditation?

One of the best things about meditation is that it is so convenient and accessible for everyone. You don’t need to go anywhere or own any fancy equipment— all you need is yourself and a little bit of time. And if you’re lucky enough to have some essential oils, that’s even better! Aromas can powerfully influence our mind, body, and spirit, which makes them a perfect addition to your meditation practices.

So how can you use essential oils during meditation?

  • Thanks for the post! It speaks right to me. After going through a major depressive episode last year (for the first time), I found meditation. It helped get me through that rough patch and I now swear by it. It has been a daily routine for me ever since. Essential oils also played a big role in helping me recover as well. Meditation and essential oils go together like bread and butter!

    1. I usually just use paper, and packing tape to protect the self made label from water/oils 🙂 I’m happy to pass your suggestion for labels along though!

    1. All I can think is *maybe* German chamomile since they’re both dark blue? But it’s much sweeter…maybe regular cypress? If you try it with a substitution, I’d love to hear how it goes!

Definitely need assistance releasing a Heart Wall (I think that’s what it’s called) and I’m going to try some additional PT Wellness recommendations.

  • Can’t wait to try this blend! I’ve found conflicting information on the kid-safetyness (spellcheck tells me that’s not a real word, but you know what I mean) of both Buddha Wood and Ginger EOs. Some sites say they are ok for 2+, but others say no. Is this because of diffusion vs. topical application?
