  1. I just made this recipe this morning. I did change it up though. I used goats milk melt and pour and 35 drops of Rosemary and 35 drops of Spearmint. It smells so good. My kids are grown so I’m not sure if it is kid safe. Rosemary says not to use while pregnant.

  2. For those looking for a melt and pour soap base, Brambleberry has some nice offerings. I only wish I lived in America so I could order mine from them!

  3. I have been wanting to try to make soap but the lye and temperature taking is overwhelming. This recipe is doable! I think I’m going to try this and do it with my kids. Thanks so much!

  4. I have not tried melt and pour soap yet…this definitely makes me want to go find some and try this–sounds so easy! Thanks!

    1. You can find some on Amazon, as well as some wholesale bath making supply companies. Local craft stores typically carry it as well.

  5. Is the melt and pour soap base as safe and natural as Castile Liquid Soap. I wanted to try my hand at bar soaps next but did not want to use lye.

    1. You can find a nice M&P soap. I’d encourage you to do some research and find one you feel would be a good fit for your family.
