  • Which blend (or single oil) is best for use when someone has a strained or seized-on muscle (something much more severe than just “sore” muscles)? Has anyone had success they want to rave about? None that I’ve used so far have helped.

  • I have a bottle of diluted muscle aid at work for my stiff neck and shoulders. The smell is not exactly my favourite though (it smells like chinese muscle balms).

  • I have both Muscle Aid and Rapid Relief and I love both synergies. I rubbed on Muscle Aid after my recent full marathon and it work wonders for KY sore muscles. Rapid Relief are great too for any sores after a long day sitting in front of computer and keyboard.

  • Thanks for the gift guide. Have three of the items mentioned (muscle aloe, energy synergy and rapid relief) and I keep them at work and use them as pick me ups during day or if my heck muscles start feeling tight and uncomfortable for staring at PC all day or if my energy is low.

  • I love using the Energy Synergy EO roll-on before a workout. And once sore muscles appear, the Muscle Aloe is the best to apply straight out of the fridge. It’s cold and feels AMAZING on the sore muscles.

  • We use the Muscle Aid blend ANYTIME one of us gets an ache. It’s also great for when I get a headache, living in Florida most of the headaches I get are from sinus issues (which can stiffen the neck) and this oil is perfect for relieving those headaches!

  • Great info! I need to get some energy synergy for those days I’m dragging along. I love Rapid Relief and Muscle Aloe Jelly that stuffs great for sore, achy muscles.

  • I love the idea of the muscle aid blend, but I don’t think my husband can use it since he’s on baby aspirin. Any alternative?

  • Muscle aloe jelly is the best thing I have ever found. My husband even loves it, that’s saying something. hahah

  • Great gift ideas! I have Rapid Relief. Would love to try the muscle aid blend by taking advantage of the Christmas sale!
