One of our most popular KidSafe blends, Immune Boom is designed specifically to bolster the immune system while being safe to diffuse around children. Plus, it’s just as effective as our Immune Aid, which includes essential oils that are not KidSafe.

When allergies strike, diffuse for 30 minutes on and 60 minutes off throughout the day, or dilute to 2-4% with your favorite carrier oil or lotion to apply topically. It’s also available in a pre-diluted roll-on for easy application!

Sniffle Stopper

For many of us, allergies symptoms include those dreaded sniffles. Thankfully, Sniffle Stopper is ready to help keep your child’s head and respiratory tract clear! Diffuse a few drops of Sniffle Stopper to help your little one breathe easier. You can also dilute to 3-5% in your favorite carrier oil and apply to their chest and under their nose.

Want another quick and easy way to get the most out of Sniffle Stopper? It’s so simple! Just get a box of tissues and gently open the flaps on each side of the box. Then, add a couple of drops of Sniffle Stopper on each side, then glue the sides back down. Now you have lightly-scented tissues to help promote a greater sense of well-being every time a nose gets blown!

  13. We use all four of these blends in our home. It’s so nice that PT gives multiple options so you can rotate to prevent sensitization or pick the one you are in the mood for. We couldn’t survive allergy season without PT!

  14. Thanks for summarizing this in one post! I just tried making the lightly scented tissues–so simple and so nice!

  15. We use all of these and Balm Mint Bush is a favorite in our house for all of us. Can never have too many on hand for allergy season.

  16. I wish I would have seen this before I bought sneezy stop. I think sniffle stopper would have worked better for our family. Oh well! Lesson learned!

  17. Cant wait to get defender, I hear great things. I go with lemon & lavender, diffused, when baby is congested. Sometimes switch out the lemon for pink grapefruit.

  18. Thanks for the information. I am currently dealing with 2 children with allergies, and am happy that we already have most of the oils recommended in this article.

  19. I love all the oils you mentioned above, especially defender, sneezy stop and sniffle stopper. I make sneezy stop and sniffle stopper for my son’s allergy and asthma. It gives him relief and helps him get through the day. I will sometime diffuse defender in my house in the morning, to give the kids and hubby a boost before the go off to school. it does help. and I love defender also because of the smell. its so uplifting.

  20. Cedar trees are in bloom where I am at and we are all miserable! Will be trying a few of these now and tonight in the diffuser.

  26. There is a lot of good info in this post. I am definitely going to try the tissue with sneezy stop and making the defender aloe gel. Immune boom works great for us, but the pickle smell. I am glad defender is now an option so I can try something different. I have all four of these and use them for myself and my kid. But immune boom and sniffle stopper aren’t ones I thought to use for allergies so this is great to know!

  27. Great info! With so many choices it can be overwhelming to know which to use. We have defender so will be using topically for my toddler when needed (can’t openly diffuse at the moment as we also have a 3 week old at home).

  28. Allergies are so bad since moving to Florida. Trying everything to help this spring and summer!!

  29. Thanks. I am definitely picking up defender. My kids are so picky but I think they might like this. I like something more natural and as an added bonus it’s very cost effective! The big box store allergy meds for kids are pricey, especially for just a few sniffles here and there!
