Absolutely! Both Turmeric and Black Pepper are great for helping with joint and muscle pain.
I’m too old for “cramps” thankfully but I’m going to try this for a stomach upset that hit me this morning. DiGiZen is on my wish list (I actually thought I already had that one, darn it!). Praise Plant Therapy I got my Turmeric C02 yesterday and already had Black Pepper. I hope this works on my “old lady guts”! lol
I must be one of the lucky ones who doesn’t get cramps. I am going to send this link to my daughter and send her everything she needs to make it. Thank for posting this PT.
What is a good substitute for black pepper?
Marjoram Sweet or Cajeput would be a good choices as they help with menstrual cramps and muscle discomfort. You can always use our substitution chart to help you decide based on what you have on hand!
What an easy recipe to make, I’m excited to try it the next time I am dealing with cramps!
