  • I’m too old for “cramps” thankfully but I’m going to try this for a stomach upset that hit me this morning. DiGiZen is on my wish list (I actually thought I already had that one, darn it!). Praise Plant Therapy I got my Turmeric C02 yesterday and already had Black Pepper. I hope this works on my “old lady guts”! lol

    1. Marjoram Sweet or Cajeput would be a good choices as they help with menstrual cramps and muscle discomfort. You can always use our substitution chart to help you decide based on what you have on hand!
