  2. Relaxation and bath time (ALWAYS with an essential oil blend) are critical for my daily peace of mind. I always like to make my own blend from Plant Therapy 100 ml bottles, they are the very best value on the market. Make sure you use a carrier oil (I use coconut) so the oils don’t burn your skin!

  3. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life and especially since we rely so much on technology and it takes up our time as much as it does… unplugging and recharging with the aid of EO is a must.
