Could you use regular coconut oil? Kind that is hard?
It might make the wax melts too hard in the end, but you can always try it out. If you do, let us know how it goes!
Can you use different oils? Maybe make a CHRISTmas scent?
You can definitely substitute one of our holiday blends (or really any blend!).
This is a pricey oil but Ill still try this! TY!
What an amazing recept, I want to make time for some DIY’s before x-mas. Thank you so much!
Thanks for this! I’ve been meaning to make some wax melts to use in my warmers which have been retired for a few years now. I think this recipe needs to be revised to include melting the coconut oil along with the beeswax(?)
We hope you enjoy them! And thanks for the tip about the recipe, it’s been updated.
Great idea for holiday gifts! I have a clarifying question – does the coconut oil get mixed in at the same time as the essential oils?
Yep! You’ll add the Fractionated Coconut Oil at the same time (or just before).
I can’t wait to make these wax melts! For myself and gifts. Thank you!
