What’s In It

When applied topically, this oil provides an analgesic effect and helps to cool the body. It’s a go-to oil for any workout enthusiast, whether inhaled or applied topically.
Juniper Berry: This essential oil helps us to release negative thinking, drives out negative forces, and is useful when feeling burdened. And let’s face it, sometimes when you’re trying to get motivated to work out or are just a few minutes into your routine, those negative thoughts really try to throw us off course! Juniper Berry can help to clear the negative while supporting the positive. Topically, Juniper Berry brings analgesic properties and supports circulation. It is known as a decongestant making it a great choice for supporting clear breathing.
Blood Orange: Invigorating to the mind yet calming and soothing, Blood Orange provides this blend with a sweet, uplifting aroma. Energetically, it helps to soothe when overwhelmed and releases stagnant energy.

How to Use It
A great way to use Motivation when you’re exercising is to keep a personal aromatherapy inhaler nearby. If you do yoga or workout at home, add 1-3 drops per 100 mL of water to your diffuser. This blend is also a great choice to help with sore or overexerted muscles. Dilute to 1-3% in your favorite carrier oil or lotion and apply it to the affected area.
