This sounds so nice!! Can’t wait to give it a try.
What is the baking soda benefit?
The baking soda helps with the overall consistency and helps keep the salt and body wash from separating.
Ooh, this sounds delightful! I look forward to giving it a try, though I will likely make my own blend as I have all the oils in the blend already. My go-to oils for achy muscle epsom salt soak are a blend of Eucalyptus Globulus, Lavender, and Rosemary. On those nights I don’t have time for a soak, I use the Aloe Muscle Rub. That stuff works really well and smells really good.
This look amazing.
What role does baking soda play?
The baking soda helps with the consistency and keeps things from separating.
I think I may make a bunch of these up and give as Christmas gifts/stocking stuffers! I love the smell of Winter Wreath. Thank you for this!
Do you use this whole mix in a bath or just a little of it?

I’ve got to try this. My go to oil for adding to my epson salts for bath time has been lavender
