Soften Shea Butter in the microwave or melt over a double boiler and combine with unscented body wash. Add 30 drops of Sugar Plum and stir until combined. Add sugar and mix well. Store in an airtight container.

  • Does this leave a greasy residue in the shower like store bought sugar scrubs or does the foaming stop that a little?

    1. The foaming aspect definitely should help with that, especially since the shea is such a small part of the recipe. And I didn’t find that it left a greasy residue at all when I used it.

  • One of the reasons why I love Plant Therapy SO much is their “recipes”! Now that I know how to make my own body products I giggle every time I see how much companies want for their products because I know the ones I make are as good, if not BETTER than theris!
