I love using Himalayan salt for cooking, I’ve also sat it out with EOS in it. I’m going to try to make the hair spray! I’m excited!
I have been cooking with it for some time now, but I am going to try the texturizing hair spray.
Thank you so much for the tips on how to use Himalayan Salt! I really like the idea of using it to address seasonal allergies- this is quite timely information as the pollen count where I live was about 1300 yesterday. I will try the DIY bath salts as well.
Very interesting. I have heard of these salts but didn’t exactly know why people liked it over regular salt. Getting these extra minerals in such an easy way is great!
I’m wondering what the shelf life would be on the smelling salts, would you want to replace the salt every 3-4 months like you would with a regular inhaler?
I’d replace the salt every week or two. It can get a little goopy and unpleasant looking after a while.
This sounds good. Can’t wait to try it.
Eager to try as diffuser.
I have just discovered the benefits of Pink Himalayan Salt. Great information!

I cook with this all the time, but had no idea you could use it in so many ways!
I didn’t realize there were so many wonderful benefits of pink Himalayan salt. My daughter has allergies and asthma which worsens when the seasons change. Would the inhaler be safe for her to use?
Absolutely! We would just advise monitoring her closely the first several times and discontinuing use if it seems to upset either condition.
I love pink himalayan salt. I use it to cook and to make my foot scrubs with. also amazing to use for salt baths. Very effective.
I actually use Pink Himalayan Salt in my cooking, however did not realize all the other things you can do with it.
