Get out there and create those memories because we’ve got a blend for that!
We’ve pinpointed some common issues that might pop up the day after a night on the town. Learn more about how to use Too Much Fun Essential Oil Blend to combat discomfort!
Stomach Pain
Did you overindulge in tasty treats? Too Much Fun contains Ginger and Cardamom. These oils can help calm bloating, gas, indigestion, and nausea symptoms. Both oils have properties known to help with digestive issues, helping you feel better in no time!
Too Many Treats Tummy Tamer
What you’ll need:
- 1-ounce empty bottle
- 18 drops of Too Much Fun Essential Oil Blend
- 1 oz carrier oil of your choice
What you’ll do:
Add essential oils to the 1-ounce bottle and fill the rest with your carrier oil of choice. Massage onto the stomach in a clockwise manner to aid digestion and ease an upset stomach.
Brain Fog
Feeling a little foggy after raising your glass a time or two? This blend contains Rosemary, which is known for increasing mental clarity. It will help stimulate your mind, ease mental exhaustion, and lift that cloud hanging over you.
Brain Fog Buster Shower Melts
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup baking soda
- ½ cup citric acid
- 60 drops Too Much Fun Essential Oil Blend
- 1 Tbsp water
- Silicone Mold
What you’ll do:
Mix together the baking soda and citric acid in a medium-size bowl. Add essential oils. Slowly add the water a little at a time; you want the consistency of damp sand that can hold its shape. Too much water can cause your mixture to “grow” before they harden. When ingredients are thoroughly mixed, transfer mixture to silicone molds. Pack tightly into the molds and allow to dry for 24+ hours before using.
Store in an airtight container and use within 6 months.
To use, simply place a bomb on the shower floor away from the direct stream of running water (or it will melt too fast) and enjoy the aromatic experience!
Headache
Maybe you didn’t get enough sleep and woke up with a pounding headache. Soothe it away with the cooling Peppermint and calming Lavender included in Too Much Fun. Both oils are known for their pain-relieving properties, helping to alleviate some of the worst headaches.
Headache Healing Roll-on
What you’ll need:
- 6 drops of Too Much Fun Essential Oil Blend
- 10 mL (2 tsp) carrier oil of your choice
- 10 mL roller bottle
What you’ll do:
First, add essential oils to empty roller bottle. Then fill with a carrier oil. Finally, apply to temples and back of the neck.
Muscle Pain
Dancing the night away is always encouraged, but you might feel it the next day! Juniper Berry and Frankincense combine in this blend to provide relief for muscle aches and tightness. These oils are excellent at soothing tired muscles, and you’ll find yourself blissfully relaxing.
Mellow Your Muscles Bath Soak
What you’ll need:
- 2 tbsp carrier oil of your choice or unscented body wash
- 1/2 cup Epsom Salt
- 18 drops of Too Much Fun Essential Oil Blend
What you’ll do:

It’s not uncommon to feel a little letdown after a big event. Grapefruit and Bergamot oils, present in Too Much Fun, provide a gentle sense of well-being to lift your spirits and help you feel energized.
Personal Inhaler Pick Me Up

This is good information–and appreciate the recipes!
I especially like too much fun as it will address my frequent issue on stomach bloating. Having fun having my fun food spread on the table. And this will happy with the family this Christmas Eve.
I’m intrigued. I’ll give it a try! How does the tummy tamer work topically for stomach problems? Are there any essential oils that are okay to be ingested? I’ve known other companies that had selected oils that were cleared to be ingested. I’ve used them in the past with no side effects and they were great! If not will Plant therapy expand in this area?
Hello Jolene,
You just rub the oil in a clockwise direction on your Tummy. We do not recommend ingesting any oils as we do not have any scientific research as to what it does to the inside of our bodies. We are always making sure and checking our facts on this. We hope this helps.
Timely Information
Wow! There’s a recipe for Brain Fog! Does it work with Covid-19 patient who is suffering the after-effects?
Hello Shirley,
It really just depends on the person. You can always get it and give it a try to see if it helps!
Love this information
Can any oil be used to make the shower melts? How long do they last before use?
Yes they can and it would go off of the shelf life of the oil.

Great formulation of a multi purpose blend !
Love th tummy info about the oil.
I just ordered Too Much Fun to my cart after reading about the benefits for headaches and pain relief. I have fibromyalgia so I have to plan ahead with any type of event because I know it’ll cause a flare up depending on the type of event. Having these TMF blends I can make with me could make all the difference!
Thinking I need this one.
I love this and need to have!
On the shower melt recipe, how many does this make?
That is a wonderful question! This recipe will make about 12 ounces of shower melt mixture and most silicon molds are generally 0.5 ounces to 1.5 ounces. So this mixture will make about 6 to 24 Shower Melts. We hope this helps!
Great information. I havr all the mentioned oils except Bergamot. Will be ordering it.
